Thiele Constructions started the way a lot of small businesses do: with a tradie who was good at his work, a partner who believed in the vision, and a shared goal to build something meaningful for our family.
Our Story
We're building a legacy.
That tradie is Hayden. He’s the one with the tools, the technical skills, and the problem-solving brain that sees solutions others miss. Whether it’s figuring out how to level a tricky slope, designing drainage that actually works, or building a retaining wall that looks great and lasts decades – Hayden’s got the expertise and the work ethic to make it happen.
And that partner is Katie. She’s the organized one. The communicator. The one making sure quotes get sent, timelines stay on track, and customers always know what’s happening. She’s also the one who’ll tell you honestly if a project idea makes sense – or if there’s a better way to spend your money.
